The Postdigital Ensemble is a contemporary music collective with students from the Postdigital Lutherie master program at the University of Arts Linz, and is conducted by Angélica Castelló from Anton Bruckner University. The ensemble integrates novel musical instruments into their performative practice, which have been partially developed or modified by the performers, and combine acoustic, electronic and digital elements towards a postdigital design. At this year’s Klangfestival in Gallneukirchen the Postdigital Ensemble will perform the opening concert.

In addition to that Ben Wesch will premier his spatial composition “Evolving Gravity”, which is exploring methods of “spatial synthesis” using the OTTOsonics multichannel system at the iconic Kulturpool venue in Gallneukirchen. Enrique Tomás will also spatialize the Postdigital Ensemble performance integrated by Gundega Graudina, Thomas Geissl, Ksenia Bakhtina, Ozan Tezvaran and Te-En Chen.
